jumpin' on the bandwagon

I decided that since we've gained a few new readers recently, I should probably jump on the whole "year in review" post trend. Yeah?

I'll try to keep it short and sweet.

In January...
-I showed you some pregnancy stuff I really wanted (like a pillow for my boobs!)
-We had our 20 week ultrasound, where we found out we were for sure having a girl (phew!)
-And! We took our yearly California trip.

In February...
-I wrote the longest pregnancy post, where I shared Baby E's name. Tyler also compared me to a basketball. Uhhh.
-I actually sewed something! A crib skirt.
-I shared my favorite quote...You know, the one that helped me move forward after each miscarriage.
-And, we made the longest paper chain ever.

In March...
-We shared the baby mobile that I made for over El's crib.
-...And the great dresser makeover.
-We also got a fence (hooray!) and a huge box on our doorstep.

In April...
-Tilly ate ALL my Cadburry Mini Eggs.
-I realized that pregnant people didn't lie about things like morning sickness and pregnancy brain.
-I had my baby shower and it was absolutely perfect.
-I also shared some of my biggest pregnancy fears, and Tyler bought me my dream diaper bag.
-And Tyler graduated.

In May...
-We did the big nursery reveal!
-Our paper chain got a little shorter.
-I shared some random thoughts. And Dr. J told me my baby was going to be late... Like..Mid Jude kind of late.
-WE HAD A BABY! (caps are necessary)

In June...
-I shared my version of the birth story...And Tyler shared his.
-El had her first bath.
-I admitted to turning into a mommy blogger.
-We shared the birth story in pictures.

In July...
-El had her baby blessing.
-We just loved our girl (we still do!)
-We showed you El's hair progression (from wet and combed down, to straight up and dry)

I'm bored of this...Are you? Just a few more months do go...Keep truckin'...

In August...
-We took El to her first baseball game.
-Apparently I didn't blog much this month. But, El Turned 3 months old.

In September...
-I shared my love for September 13th.
-and El started to laugh.

In October...
-We went to California again and El loved the beach.
-I posted about things maybe you were wondering (but probably not)...A post about nothing.
-We had our first Halloween with El.

In November...
-El tried her first solid food.
-I realized life can't get much better than this.
-We organized the kitchen.
-And celebrated our first Thanksgiving with El.

In December...
-We visited Santa.
-I posted too many pictures.
-El loved her first time at the park.
-I made something (sewn) that didn't break yet!
-And we had the best Christmas yet (except I forgot to take pictures).

Pheeeew. Remind me not to do this next year!
